CIVILIZATION: The Way We Live Now

To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the Kunsthalle is dedicating an exhibition to the diversity and contradictions of our civilization. The exhibition follows the visible traces of humanity around the globe through the eyes of more than 100 internationally renowned photographers. It is conceived as a journey through eight thematic chapters. My photograph from an Argentinian prison can be seen in the chapter ALONE TOGETHER: How we relate to one another.
This exhibition has been co-produced by the Foundation for the Exhibition of Photography, Minneapolis/Paris/Lausanne, and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Korea in collaboration with Kunsthalle München.
